Chichi is a versatile, driven and goal-oriented Human Capital Management Executive and Entrepreneur, with an analytical and practical hands-on approach to her work, with demonstrated skills in People and Business Operations and Management, Chichi always strives to achieve the best results for all parties involved.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Theatre Arts from the University of Calabar. She is also an Alumnus of The Lagos Business School (LBS), a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has attended various management trainings within and outside Nigeria.

Otis Ehiemuan

Otis has gained over two decades post-graduate experience in the financial and corporate management services spanning from insurance, Banking, capital Market and leasing sector.

He has held senior management level positions in Capital Management, Treasury and Financial Control. He was the chief Operating officer of Atiat Leasing Limited prior to joining the brains behind Emerald Leasing Limited as an Executive Director Finance in may 2020. In April 2022, he was appointed by the board as the Acting MD/CEO.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria ((ELAN)

McCarthy George

Ex. Director, Corporate Governance & Compliance

McCarthy is a finance expert with over twenty (20) years consummate working experience covering leasing operations, credit & marketing, Internal Control, Audit & Quality Assurance services, financial control & Treasury Management garnered from C & I Leasing PLC. He was at various times Head of Quality, Audit & Assurance Services and Head of Financial Services and Treasury.

He is a Fellow member of ICAN and holds graduate and post graduate degrees from Babcock University, and The University of Ado-Ekiti

Okechukwu Ndubisi

Ex. Director Business Development

Okechukwu is an acknowledged leasing professional with core expertise in marketing, fleet management operations and sales. He started his career fourteen years ago at C & I Leasing Plc as a marketing executive and rose to the position of Head of Operation.

He later joined Cadbury Nigeria Plc as a Sales Development Manager of the company. Prior to joining Emerald Leasing Limited, he worked as various heads; Group Head Business development at Atiat Leasing Limited, Group Head Fleet Sales at Aquila Leasing Limited, Head of Operation, Head of Marketing, Head of Outsourcing and logistics at Novo car rentals a subsidiary of Cashlink Leasing Plc.

Chijioke Oraelosi

Chijioke is an acknowledged leasing professional with core expertise in marketing, fleet management and operating Lease.

He started his career 20 years ago at C & I Leasing Plc before joining Aquila Leasing Limited as a pioneer staff of the company. Prior to joining Atiat Leasing Limited, Chijioke rose to the rank of Vice President at Aquila Leasing Limited and specifically supervised the Fleet Sales business of the company as the Group Head He was the pioneer MD/CEO of Atiat Leasing Ltd and led the turnaround of the Company from Zero to over N2b in balance sheet before he voluntarily resigned to join Emerald Leasing in December 2019 as the Pioneer MD/CEO until March, 2022.

Akinyele Makinwa

Makinwa is an accomplished logistics & transportation operations expert with over seventeen (17) years of professional in managing logistics, supply chain, fleet management, vendors management, and stocks inventory control garnered from Primero Transport Services Limited, God is Good Motors, Airtel Networks, Dangote Cement and Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC. He was at various times Fleet Manager, Head of Human Resources and Head of Fleet Operations. A certified logistic and transport expert, he holds postgraduate degrees from University of Calabar and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Nigeria

Stanley Kanu

Stanley is an Information Technology (IT) professional with varying certifications in CERNER, ORACLE 10G, ServiceNow System Administrator, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, all of which were obtained in the United States of America.

He has worked in different establishments where he held various positions and provided technical IT support, spanning well over a decade across several industry and more recently the health sector in the United States of America - Baylor Scott and White Medical Group, Texas, 2019/2020; Northwestern Medicine, Illinois, 2020; Stanford Health Care, California, 2019; Methodist Hospital, Houston, 2016; Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, (SFDPH) San Francisco, 2019; Atlantic Health System New Jersey, 2018; Texas Scottish Rite Hospital (For Children), Dallas, Texas, 2016; Ohio Health Systems, Ohio, 2015 and Boston Medical Center, Boston, MA, 2014, just to mention a few.

His penchant for investment has created a niche for his vast knowledge in commercial transactions and business acumen.

He stays true to the guiding principles and promote ethical behavior that guides his dealings involving businesses by working hard, working well and working ethically.
